Dr. Deja L. Trammell is an educator, consultant, and strategist with more than a decade of experience supporting students, professionals, and organizations in achieving meaningful academic and professional goals.

Her educational journey spans three institutions, including Alabama State University, Clark Atlanta University, and Auburn University, providing a unique perspective on navigating diverse educational environments and pathways to success. Dr. Trammell holds advanced degrees in Educational Psychology and Research, Measurement, and Evaluation, with expertise in student success, assessment, educational planning, and professional development.

Throughout her career, she has developed programs, systems, and strategic initiatives designed to improve outcomes, strengthen decision-making, and help individuals confidently navigate complex academic and professional transitions.

Having studied and worked across HBCU and PWI environments, Dr. Trammell brings a unique understanding of how individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate educational and professional systems, allowing her to provide guidance that is both strategic and culturally responsive.
